Personal rememberances of Ted Ryan, WB6JXY (sk) from his student, teaching assistant, and club President.

The club whose newspaper ad for a ham radio class Ted and his son Roger responded to.  Ted ended up teaching for the club.   A student said to him - "You're pretty good at this, you ought to teach full time."  He did.  Members of the club were there to support Ted and help his students at every turn. Ted taught for the Club from 1965 to 2000.

While this is not a website dedicated to Ted Ryan, WB6JXY (sk), it was inspired by him through Cliff Cheng, Ph.D., WW6CC. Cliff appreciated what a great novice experience Ted provided and wanted to establish a place where hams who were novice could share their novice stories.
